On 10 July 2013 a new publication entitled “Instruments of a more peaceful world: Arms-control, disarmament and non-proliferation” was introduced by deputy state secretary and political director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Hungary Mr. Péter Sztáray at the Hungarian Institute of International Affairs.
The volume was edited by Erzsébet N. Rózsa, Research Director of the Institute and adjunct fellow Anna Péczeli in collaboration with the Center for Strategic and Defense Studies (Hungary) and with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Hungary.
